1) Why should I use the OmniTrack service ?

Ans The OmniTrack service helps save time in 3 ways
a. Automatically tracking shipments all the way to the destination.
b. Single location to track all kinds of shipments.
c. Track multiple Shipments together.

2) What does it cost ?

Ans Currently the service is free.
However there will be 3 service levels
a. Basic Service.
b. Advanced Service.
c. Customised.

3) What if a cargo carrier I need is not being tracked through the OmniTrack service ?

Ans In case a cargo carrier you need is not being tracked you can use the "Request a new site to be tracked" form to send us the details. We will try to add the site to our list tracked sites covered under the OmniTrack service.

4) Does OmniTrack service only track air cargo shipments ?

Ans No, the OmniTrack service already tracks sea, rail, courier and truck based shipments for our existing customers . We are introducing the other services in a phased manner on the website.

5) How old is the OmniTrack service ?

Ans The OmniTrack service has provided updates to customers since the past 2 years.
